I have been ordering from PLA for 5+ years and the quality of their products is consistently great. I have had only one issue with an order in all those years and it was quickly resolved by customer service. I 🩷 PLA 🥰

Good Product....

Love the formula of the polishes and everything - one thing that is really annoying though is the app automatically deletes your cart if you don't buy it right away. would be a lot more convenient if i could just leave the colours / tip sizes i wanted in there until i was able to purchase instead of having to find everything again..

Points discounts don’t work

My points just disappeared. I never used them. I had up to eight dollars off but it disappeared doesn’t make sense and then it says I can’t use it.
