HORRIBLE

This is the worst editing app I have ever used. Glitches out after doing one thing, and then it doesn’t let you do anything till you close the app out and then all your progress is gone

Rip off

I subscribed like an idiot the second day I used the app I no longer had my subscription according to Placeit. I went to my subscription section on iPhone and it was up to date. But of course the app doesn’t have restore purchases or any way to sync app with iPhone subscriptions. To me it’s a scam

Useless

Absolutely useless on iPad and iPhone. Doesn’t save pics. Error and freezes when trying to upload from my files constantly.

Not very iPad friendly

I do not have a computer to use the app on, so I use my iPad. I must say, for $14.99 per month I would expect for things to work a little smoother without the app glitching out when resizing images onto shirts and having to start my project all over again!!!! Really really frustrating!!

Cool options but bug issues

Got lots of options but lately even after updates the app and website is very laggy sometimes having to restart a design that was ready to be saved after a few tweaks done to them. All in all recommend if you’re looking for a large album full of designs to use which is why it received 3 stars. If it weren’t for the extra time being spent on the app for its mishaps it would’ve been 5 stars all the way.

Just use the website. Unsure what sort of connection it needs, but I constantly receive “slow connection” errors.

O valor do plano pago aqui é absurdamente caro! Muito mais caro que a versão da web, preço surreal. Só baixei pq meu cartão não está sendo aceito pelo site, não sei pq. Mas aqui, não tenho coragem de pagar esse valor na assinatura mensal . Muito caro!

Worst app and website ever!!!! Do not get or subscribe for two times

Paid for a subscription. It would never give me access. Just would get to download screen and crash. Tried to request help and got nothing.

Hi Mary, thanks for reaching out. In our search box after you perform any search, you will see a filtering option appears. If you tap on it, there is a way to filter the results to show you the free templates. Every month the list changes. Hope this helps ;)

Frustrating

It’s a cool app that’s you can make logos with but once you put a lot of work into a project it will eventually white screen and all of your work is gone. Very frustrating and I hope they fix it

Meanwhile, you can find all your work on the bottom menu: My Placeit - Recent - Edited. You don't need to save your work, your logo will be here as is autosaved every 5 seconds. Hope this helps!

Can’t change text on app

I’ve been trying to change the text on the app for some time now and it just goes right back to the default text, not sure what is going on but kinda frustrating.

Terrible app it keeps crashing

I hate that. I spent my money on this app just for it to crash. I can’t even make my mock ups for my website. This is very frustrating.

Great when it works

As many have previously stated the app is very buggy, and slow. When it does work it’s a lot of fun, but it rarely works. They shouldn’t charge money for this app with it not working properly. Or at least shouldn’t be $15/month. I can’t get colors to change half the time and when I try to crop it either removes the image or makes no change. I’ve requested a refund. I’ll keep you updated.

Mobile web version is better

I can only imagine the app works the same as the mobile web version, which in itself isn’t all that great. I have to imagine because at this point I can only view saved work and I’m always “offline” when trying to edit or view anything else.

Great little app

Used this app now for about 8 months and to be fair, it’s great for when on the go. Although, not as powerful as the online version, it’s good to get a start on an idea whilst travelling, then pick it up when at home on the PC.

4* due to the lack of options compared to online version.
