Rip off
The fact that you can only add $10, $20, or $50 is way to guarantee that your balance is never zero. Now they either walk away with some marginal amount of your money or you have to go through a convoluted process to get a refund, on a small amount. Would say it’s deceptive but it’s sooo blatant it’s hard to imagine it’s legal to do this. I guess it’s ok to rip everyone if it’s only a small amount. Also the Bluetooth connection sucks

Unironically a money laundering scheme
Machines stay broken, no customer service response, double charges all the time… two stars bc it does still work, it’s just remarkable how poor the service is
Failed before trying
App shows "update 1 mo ago". I tried setting up account, used 2 CC and both get Error message (failed). Now taken the time to go look for a laundry place, inconvenient, smh I have iphone 15 pro max.
Glitchey
App is pretty glitchey. Doesn’t refresh quickly at all. Takes a while to load washers/ dryers. I don’t have a choice in using it, so I will. It works, but it’s not great

I didn’t even close the app and went to use my drier soon as I click it set a review comes up so I click not now. Didn’t even close the app and loaded up my washer, pay it, and it’s already asking again. It hasn’t even been 2 minutes. Respectfully, why would being this annoying ever be the right option? First app I’ve ever seen do this

I fint like that the washer and dryer is three dollars and the washer is mall you can’t really washcloth that much and the three dollars add up
Faulty machines
The app association with a company whose machines are so old you have to do 2 cycles of load for a handful of clothes. Once you raise this matter no one replies to you. All they is take money. Nasty services
Awful
This is the first review I have ever done in my life and I’m only doing it because of how frustrated I am. If you get logged out or the app deletes from your device you can’t log back into your account loosing any funds on your account previously. Machines eat your money and then won’t run, $0.90 fee every time you add money to your account. Slow response time from support.

This app is terrible the reliability and support messages are all talk and empty claims. It has stolen my money multiple times after the machines do not start following payment, and when I contact support absolutely nothing happens. Terrible service
Constant crashing
I never had a problem with plain silver until today, but it’s now crashing as soon as I refresh the app to try and use my building’s laundry machines. Nightmare. I have no coins and now I just can’t do laundry because plain silver cant keep it together for thirty seconds. Man:(

The Worst. App Crashes Constantly
I never write reviews but this has been by far the most frustrated that I have ever been trying to do laundry. App doesn’t detect the machines which I am standing right next to, and crashes every time I hit refresh. Tried on a second device. Doesn’t have a login feature, so i have to start from scratch with loading money up onto the app. The app doesn’t crash when you load money onto the app though…. What a scam. I’ve lost $30 just trying to do 2 loads of laundry and was stuck trying to get this awful app to work for 20 minutes before I was able to tap on the machine number just before the app crashed.

Don’t get a new phone
No login feature, so the money is directly tied to the app. God forbid you delete it or get a new phone— like I did. now every time I need to do laundry I have to charge up my old phone so I don’t lose the $50 I had on there.
Almost love it
App is an excellent alternative to using coins, but I'm not a fan of the mandatory over $10 minumum reload threshold.
