Great for Couples
I got this mainly to make it easier for my husband and I to share tasks and have shared events.
The one BIG THING that I dislike is that there isn’t a way for the application to give you a monthly view.
It would be great to get a monthly view of what days have tasks the way that the calendar app on the iPhone has a little dot on days that have events.

Nice planner
I always come back to this app. I love the checklists organized by projects and google calendar integration and interface. I hope it’s on the iPad too!

and just fix some bugs. Still cant find another planner app that executes the drag and drop tasks on to the calendar feature that i love

Utter Garbage
This app is unusable. Every checked off task just duplicates itself onto the subsequent day as an all day event, and it does this over and over again. These tasks cannot be cleared or removed. Who needs to see already completed tasks numerous times over per day? I can’t even figure out which tasks are for today! Also, the view of these tasks looks nothing like the time blocking layout that’s used in the website. A time blocking layout is exactly what I needed, but it isn’t here. This app is a complete mess. I’m not looking for something better. I want a cross-platform solution. This most definitely isn’t it!

Bugs and glitches ruin the app
I had high hopes for this app, it looked clean and easy to use. I liked how easy it was to create boxed events (meetings) to track my daily schedule. However, the blocks will sometimes glitch and change the length of time to much longer than I originally made them. Also almost every time I try to add notes for the meetings, I click save, close the meeting, and when I open the meeting again, the notes I wrote and saved are gone. That was an essential part of creating events in a planner app for me and not being able to rely on it has pushed me to delete the app altogether. Very disappointing.

Great concept and potential usability
Needs some work. Keeps wanting to default tasks to 12 am and to the day before. Defaults to all day. This is very frustrating. Why do I need to set due date when date and time was already scheduled. I would like to be able to default tasks to today or to tomorrow if I like. Would be nice if I could just tell it how many minutes the task will take, and be able to move it around the calendar to different times or change the time manually if I like. Rolling the times manually is so tedious and time consuming. I like how apple allows us to type in the time now. Would also be cool if I could choose buttons like 10 min or 15 min. Etc. I like the timer so much, but it was not sounding. So much time is wasted just putting in things.

Can’t Add Any Tasks
A few days ago I was playing around with both my mobile app and the web app, trying to get to know how to use it, and I was able to add events/tasks and lists. Now I can’t add anything - I can’t add a meeting or a task, I’ve tried both the plus button and the calendar button and when I tried typing my meeting in it doesn’t appear anywhere. This is the same with the web app as well- I tried to add tasks and projects and calendar events and nothing would take.

Need iPad version
Love this app but there’s a desperate need for an iPad version.

I was looking for an app to help me implement the GTD method into my daily life. I was so excited when I found it that I paid the 1-year price for the premium version almost immediately.
As I began to use it more and more I ran into multiple bugs throughout the app. I have emailed support (I think it’s just the one app developer) 3 times and heard back once (the 1st time).
Yesterday I used the app to jot down a shopping list. This morning it’s gone. Tested to see if maybe I had done something wrong, but no the app is not saving some items when I jot them down. I began to rely heavily on this app and am so disappointed that I can no longer do so.
I would look elsewhere for an app to help you with daily planning and project management.

super good!
Ive been looking for a plan app + website combo and this one is really nice! It was a bit confusing to learn how to use it at first, but now it’s one of the most useful tools on my phone and laptop. Just to mention though, I do prefer website version of Plan.
Doesn’t work at all
You can login, but it doesn’t actually bring in any of your Calendar data. When I try to change the settings, there’s a blank page. Not very useful at this time.

I liked the formatting, but it’s a bit glitchy and hard to read sometimes. I was really excited to try this app out for time blocking, and I was impressed by the seamless design. However, there is one task i made 3 years ago on this app (that I am now trying out again) that keeps coming back on the Notification Center that I keep clicking “complete/remove” that shows up again after closing the app. I also can’t read the one on light gray text on top when i make a task, and each time I click on it; it crashes each time I touch it. I think it’s better for time blocking the week ahead of for you in a more aesthetically pleasing format than google calendar, and organize the type of tasks a lot better, but it still is not working to time block as I imagine.
I would recommend to the developers to first: 1) one fix these bugs 2) make a dark mode 3)to have a developer feedback place somewhere (app or website) that if the place doesn’t support sending emails, to not rely on Twitter. I don’t have an account.

The app needs work
This app is a great idea but it is a waste of time because firstly it keeps reminding 30-10 minutes ahead which is very distracting. I wish there was an option to choose when to remind me or at least it would remind me at the right time. Second it is very annoying setting up the schedule. It’s a headache

Useless. Doesn’t sync with calendars and can’t customize times for tasks
I thought the whole purpose is this app is not to duplicate efforts but to sync them.
I synced this app to my gmail account, but this app won’t import data I already have on my calendar. Also, if you input a task if you uncheck “all day”, you cannot customize a time for the task.
If I am wrong about all this, then the instructions are very poor and lacking.

Abandoned?
I love this app, it does timeblocking better than anything else I’ve found, but it seems to be abandoned. No word from the developer for nearly a year, integrations failing...makes me sad! I’m still using it and hopeful the devs come back, at least until someone makes a timeblock app as good or my calendar integrations fail.

Great, but App needs work
As I’m using the app, it feels like it was developed after the desk top version and is meant to compliment what’s done on the desktop.
It would be great if more attention could be given to the customer experience in the app as a stand-alone option, if users do not plan to use their desk top. It seems there are some key functions missing in the app that would be helpful to have and a few bugs. I will try to keep track of my experience and provide examples as I use the app more.

Love to use, so easy.
Love it, simple beautiful app that breaks up my day in segments and separates to dos with meetings so easily. Wouldn’t have it any other way, it’s especially useful when I have classes, it shows me how much time I have left at each event. Super into separating each to do list by # and color makes it nice to look back on and fun to make. Love that it’s attached to my email and other accounts so my school and work life get separated when added on this app with just a switch on where it goes. Plus the icon is simple and cute!!

Terrible security - Don’t Even Bother
If you sign up for this app as a free version you can never delete your account. (Read that again.) You have to pay for it to delete it...eventually support emailed me back to tell me this information and never emailed me back again with a solution. Don’t even try it if you care about your security because you have to PAY to delete your account.

it’s a good app but still not the perfect one. Some plans can’t be seen for a long time. And plans can’t be notified.
