Horrific design and experience
Tried to signup and mistyped phone, and while I can verify with email, no place to change phone. System has option to delete account as long as you don’t use same credentials to recreate. Tried, but now every time I try something else kicks it out. App version still remembers and populates old phone number, despite asking for delete, back end on web version still says account exists, but no phone number matches (error one or new). Tried to reset password, but delisted asking for email OR mobile, when use email it then asks for mobile. Tried to create an entirely new account on a second device, but won’t go to enter verification code screen despite sending me one. Both phones and laptop up to date. Even tried to delete app and data on phones and restart, same exact problems. Then tried to reaching service, could not get through at all despite a workday and working hours, autochat bot was worthless.
