Horrific design and experience
Tried to signup and mistyped phone, and while I can verify with email, no place to change phone. System has option to delete account as long as you don’t use same credentials to recreate. Tried, but now every time I try something else kicks it out. App version still remembers and populates old phone number, despite asking for delete, back end on web version still says account exists, but no phone number matches (error one or new). Tried to reset password, but delisted asking for email OR mobile, when use email it then asks for mobile. Tried to create an entirely new account on a second device, but won’t go to enter verification code screen despite sending me one. Both phones and laptop up to date. Even tried to delete app and data on phones and restart, same exact problems. Then tried to reaching service, could not get through at all despite a workday and working hours, autochat bot was worthless.

Too Many Notification Requests
I’d appreciate it if the app didn’t keep asking me to turn on notifications every time I open it， it’s quite disruptive. Thanks

Serv Pickleball needs to drop this app as their booking partner
I never write reviews but this app is so counter intuitive and often just kicks you out when trying to book a court. I end up having to go through the website to complete a booking.

Crashes, not functional
Doesn’t seem to work in 18.3.2, just opens for a second and crashes.

Takes forever for each activity. Starts loading availability for today automatically before choosing a date which wastes a lot of time. Unable to reserve court after signing waiver. Is there a way to cancel reservation

Unable to login
I added my email and password to login. The next screen asked for a mobile number so the app could send me a verification code, but I can’t tap on the field to add my number. So I can’t get a verification code. So I can’t login to use the app.
I tried resetting the app, going back and starting over with the email/password. Every time I am not able to select the mobile number field to put my phone number in.

Meeting New People is Super Easy
This app solves something I have always struggled with. While I consider myself an extrovert, I have always had trouble engaging with people outside the teams/groups I frequent. I could build relationships well after being introduced but that initial meeting has always been tough.
On a whim, I sent an invite for tennis at the courts in my neighborhood to the whole org. I got a few outright “no’s” but then I got a message from someone I would never had talked to saying they couldn’t make it this week but they live close and would love to play whenever I’m free next. We ended up playing a match later and, as an added bonus, got to learn a little bit more about the org after we swapped stories about our projects!
Definitely a refreshing new way to meet people, get some exercise in, and all without the awkward introductions!
