Account verification
Keeping it short seems like a decent app but I’ve been waiting over a month to get my account verified. I try to update my ID a message pops up saying my profile is live but when I click on book or something it tells me still waiting on verification. Idk what to do I already reached out via email twice and no response and currently reported a technical issue still no luck :/

I can’t think of an easier way to find amazing talent in my area. Up until I’ve had to use word of mouth or try and use other apps for finding a photographer or videographer. Now here’s a one-stop-shop for it all. Sign up is a breeze and the UX is so intuitive!

Genius idea
Plandid it the easiest to use most useful app in this store. Living in NYC and going to events this saved my life and upgraded my photos so much. It feels so good to support local photographers and I’ve actually made friends from this app alone!
Unresponsive
I’ve had the account for over a month and signed up as a photographer and still never got my account verified. Even after emailing tech support and filing an issue in app that I haven’t been verified.
