Not User Friendly
Can’t find where a combo with chips and a drink are and can’t edit previous orders for faster ordering. Won’t be using this to order.

Got an email saying I got a birthday credit, yay! Open the app and it doesn’t go past the ‘getting started’ page. I see the app hasn’t been updated in over 4 years. I want to order a sub, but can’t.

LOW Tip
This seems like a bug - when I am placing an order and selecting a tip, there’s a drop-down menu allowing me to select anything between 0-5%. If I’m only ordering 1 sandwich for delivery this seems incredibly low ($0.30 at 5%).
How can I add a tip manually for an explicit amount of money or pick a higher percent?

Glitchy
App has a few glitches when reviewing and placing orders. Took a few attempts to get order placed. Sometimes when selecting the order ready time, it takes you back a screen and then you have to review order again. Also, the app selected incorrect store location, even after I selected the correct location. Eventually placed order at right store.

Online ordering
I was unable to get the Monday discount if you order and pay online. What good is the app if you can’t get the discount or employees can’t access it at the store level. I am extremely frustrated and angry to have to over pay by $7.00. You won’t see me back there unless this is rectified

Checkout Doesn’t Work
I’ve been using another Level Up app for Steak n Shake for a few years with no problems, so I felt confident using this app for Planet Sub.
I’ve now tried to check out with this app at two different Planet Subs. It simply does not work. The employees at both locations said it rarely does. They said sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to read the QR code, but even then it may not work.

Not for delivery
App did not have all the toppings available. Called store and they actually did have what I want. Unable to order for delivery from app.

Worthless app
You only can get rewards if you pay through the app. Additionally, you can't add a gift card to your balance to use towards purchases.
This App is hot garbage
Love planet sub but I'm not sure why they would put this app on the market if it doesn't work. Literally nothing works on the app, can't even checkout

Great app but before I place my order, I see that I'm logged in. Then as I'm placing my order and checking out, it's asking me to log in or check out as a guest. When I log in, my order clears out and I have to re-key it in. Also, the special instructions sections has a limited amount of characters that aren't helpful at all. Otherwise, great convenience to order through the app.
