Shows my membership is inactive, despite it being active. Says I last tanned at a store that hasn’t been open in years and doesn’t even show my store.
Walk through the password reset process, reset my password successfully, then when I attempt to login it says my username/password is incorrect.

Amazing app
The ladies at the McKinney Planet Tan location helped me set up my app with ease. Checking in with my unique barcode not only prevents other people from using my account, but is also quick and easy. I can see the last time I tanned, all transaction and tanning history, and so much more!
Login error
App is useless, reported it, but after a couple weeks, still nothing. I’m not sure they care!
Alert error
It wants me to update and I just downloaded it then I get an alert and then nothing.
Trash
Set up is trash and it only makes me login! Even with associates help it still would not work!!!
