Charged to download
I downloaded the app and was forced to update Payment information however it was never advised there would be a charge for installation. I was under the impression this app would be FREE.
A charge of $3.24 was pulled from the PP account I linked with no warning.

First of all it is ridiculous I have to download an app and signup to check balances. Then it can’t find my card when I have it in my hand and used it a week ago. Poor customer service by making us jump through hoops just to check a balance.

Today was the first time I tried using the app. It wouldn’t let me register my game card. I also tried to upload my dinner receipt and it said invalid code. But somehow I got a email survey from them right after I entered it. But it isn’t showing any points and won’t let me try to enter it again.
