Worst service I ever experimented
This business is a scam look to be operated by a single person out of his basement in Richmond Hill!
I have 3 GPS I renew my subscriptions lately and paid up front for 2 years service. One unit never reactivated and would not show on my app. I emailed support service ask them for help. No help was offer only answer I got was you have to buy a new unit and the subscription is not refundable... I argue with them by email they end up terminating my 3 subscription and literally stole 300$ from me.

The owner is a racist
The owner of Planet GPS is completely unprofessional. During a dispute, he made racist remarks and used vulgar language, which is completely unacceptable. No customer should have to experience hate speech when dealing with a business.
I have attached photos/screenshots as proof of the racism and hate, and I will also be filing a formal complaint with the proper authorities. This type of behavior has no place in business or society.
Avoid this company at all costs.
