The owner is a racist
The owner of Planet GPS is completely unprofessional. During a dispute, he made racist remarks and used vulgar language, which is completely unacceptable. No customer should have to experience hate speech when dealing with a business.
I have attached photos/screenshots as proof of the racism and hate, and I will also be filing a formal complaint with the proper authorities. This type of behavior has no place in business or society.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Discriminatory Behavior and Account Misuse by Planet GPS Representative
To Whom It May Concern,
After several attempts to contact Planet GPS support regarding service delays, I submitted a complaint — and what followed was absolutely unacceptable. The individual who responded insulted me by making discriminatory, religiously abusive remarks, assuming my faith, and attacking me based on it.
At the time, I had already purchased a second item and was simply inquiring about a subscription. Instead of assisting, the representative took it upon themselves to cancel my existing subscription and delete my account without my consent.
This conduct is not only highly unprofessional but discriminatory and offensive. I have documented the interaction with screenshots, which I am prepared to share with consumer protection agencies, online review platforms, and human rights organizations if this issue is not taken seriously and resolved immediately.

I have a Saturn tracker portable magnetic one. I find no issues. $40 for the tracker and $90 CAD for the year. Highly recommended gps tracker and app
Terrible service - AVOID
I’ve been a loyal PlanetGPS customer for two years, but this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. My original tracker stopped working in December, and the company told me it couldn’t be supported anymore due to network changes. They forced me to buy this replacement device, promising to transfer my prepaid service (valid until December 2025) and refund the cost of the new device. After I bought it, paid for professional installation, and had my service transferred, they suddenly stopped my service entirely when I asked for the promised refund. They’ve now stopped responding to me altogether. This whole process left me out $231.24 in unplanned expenses, including the cost of the device, installation, and a subscription I already paid for but can no longer use. This seller’s behavior is completely unethical. They recalled their defective product, forced me to spend more money on a replacement, and then refused to honor their promises. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company and their products at all costs.

Very good but a bit tricky to get the alerts set up
Very happy overall. The tracking is great and very accurate. It was a bit hard to get the alerts all set up properly but it works great now. I wish I could turn off the movement alerts (every time time the wind blows I get a message) but other than that I am happy. Now they need to port this too an iPad and possibly even a computer. Then it would get a 5 star

Scammer! One of my devices stoped working, when I contacted them, they told me to buy a new one and once I receive it to call them for activation. I did as I was told and once I contacted them for activation, they tried to charge me a fee. When I asked what’s this fee for! The guy on the line immediately lost it on me calling me names and swearing (the swearing was so bad that I can’t even write it on here) and calling me cheap, then he disconnected all my four devices that I just renewed about a month ago scamming me out of my money. I can only assume the guy on the line was the owner as when I looked him up that’s his regular behaviour. I can’t believe this guy is even allowed to operate a business and have his app on here.

Had these trackers for 2 years on my m3 you get historical playback and you can disable the ignition if needed all through the app

No matter what questions I have or difficulties to overcome I have always found the Customer Service Centre responsive. I phone them and they return my calls promptly. I email them and they reply within 24 hours. On Whatsap they respond quickly. The products work without a glitch. The subscription services are reasonable. The customer service reps are helpful and polite. It’s a slam dunk. I have no idea how anyone could give them a negative review. I’m learning how to monitor several devices on their new software. Avoid any products from this company
I purchased a Jupiter 4G tracker and paid for the annual subscription. The device worked as intended for a few days and then stopped showing a location but kept sending alert notifications. I contacted their customer support and tried to figure out what was the issue. The person who communicated with me didn’t introduce himself but was obviously unhappy with my questions. After a couple of days the device even stopped sending the alert messages. After another round of communication with the “tech support” through the WhatsApp chat, the person cancelled my service, blocked the account and sent me more than 20 abusive messages with a foul language that can’t be shared here for obvious reasons. I don’t know if it was an owner of the company or someone else, but this person is sick and you will make a big mistake by buying their products. Stay away!

If you make a mistake with the activation of your device, there is a big chance that the emotional owner of this company will turn off all the devices you have paid for. That’s what happened to me.
Need to weary
The admin removed my account and device. For someone in tech support to have this level of administration over one’s device you need to be very weary
