bluetooth does not recognize awair element sensor
im on iphone 13 max pro and the bluetooth is t picking up the awair element sensor. please fix
Bluetooth connectivity bugged
Doesn’t pick up the Awair device via Bluetooth so I can’t register or create an account. Please fix this issue as Awair app pairs fine with iOS phone yet the planetwatch app doesn’t pair at all. The app is also buggy and the UI seems to shrink if you minimize it which forces you to exit the planetwatch app and reset it. Please take this real constructive criticism and fix the apps bugs and flaws. If these changes are made I’ll gladly change my review to 5 stars. The longer you wait on fixing these issues the more disappointed users you’ll have. Thanks for your time if you actually read this.

I ordered this on Amazon, got it same day delivery and I connected it through wifi on Awair app with no issues but on the PlanetWatch app the awair element doesn’t show up!!! I’m frustrated, I freaking reset it like 7 times!!!!!
I can’t get it to work
I just can’t seam to get the app to work. I click on access and it doesn’t go to the correct screen to register. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling, I’ve read every online guide. No avail.

Day 1 update. The delay In creating wallet was due to the license. It being processed yet. Once it went through I was able to create wallet. New problem. I have sensor running for long periods of time and I go into dashboard and it only updates 1 reading. So if you only open app once a day you will only get one reading about .02 of their planet tokens.
Day 7 update.
Didn’t check in at all. Got .4 planet tokens. Had device with me all day. Don’t waste your time and money on a license. They probably are still receiving data but not getting credit for it.

Creating wallet stuck spinning icon
I can’t really review this app as I have been unable to create my wallet. It’s stuck saying “creating your wallet”. If I close the app I then have to go back and recreate a new one again with new pass phrases and gets stuck in the loop again.
Not functional
Can’t get passed adding a new device. Seeing a loading screen forever saying “creating your wallet.”
On top of that, the UI isn’t nice. Looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. On newer phones, the buttons get cutoff at the edges of the screen.

Incredibly frustrating to use
This is hands-down the most frustrating app I’ve ever had to use. It feels like it came out of the late 2000’s era when apps were first created. If it wasn’t necessary to actually use for reporting the Atmotube Pro data, I would uninstall this without hesitation.
I love the idea behind this app, but the app is just not good.
