Recent update destroyed this app
The latest update as of my review has absolutely destroyed this app. Wherever I click it goes somewhere else. I try to go to my dashboard and it just goes wherever it wants. Absolutely horrible app design.
Brutal
My agency recently transitioned to this service and it’s been nothing but a headache. Trying to view your schedule on the app is like reading hieroglyphics..the app doesn’t show man power, too much info on one screen, and you follow the prompt to turn your phone sideways and all the info doesn’t fit on your screen. Absolutely terrible, awful app and service..I despise it. The complexity is going to get a lot of people written up for missing work because this app and service is terribly designed

No dark mode
Please make dark mode for this app. I hate all the white.
Logs you out constantly
Sure would be nice if it would stay logged in more than 2 shifts without requiring going through multiple steps to log back in!
Tired of this App
This app consistently logs you out and does not enable you to quickly log back in. Extremely inconvenient and annoying.
Facial Recognition Login
App works great, but would greatly be improved with facial recognition login capabilities. Constantly typing in your password is timely and redundant.

Have to log. Back. In. Every. Time. You. Open. The. App. So dumb and outdated. Get with the times…
Still logs out perpetually
Useful app, but every time I use it I’m logged out. This means I don’t get notifications. Highly annoying and I agree with others, FaceTime should be utilized. Lastly, PlanIt doesn’t even own this app anymore it’s PowerTime by PowerDMS and the branding is still wrong. Seems like PowerDMS bought this and hasn’t done anything meaningful to improve it.

Great app. Other than missing FACE ID. it’s 2025. Where is the feature?
Only works half the time
For some reason, 50% of the time that I use this app, it doesn't load up. It just starts on a blue screen.
Could be a smoother
Face ID and auto refresh should be standard app features in 2025
Won’t stay logged in
It’s 2025, yet this app still refuses to adopt secure login technologies like Face ID. To make matters worse, it logs you out after just a few minutes of inactivity, forcing you to re-enter your entire password each time. While such strict measures might be understandable for a banking app, it’s completely unacceptable for a scheduling app we rely on throughout the day. The app otherwise works well, but this is too much of an inconvenience not to point out. Please fix this Planit.

Annoying
Every time i need to refresh this app i have to log out and log back in. It is the worst user experience of any app i deal with on a daily basis
Have to login almost every visit
I’ve had this app for 3 years and sometimes I can go 3-4 weeks without using the app then go right in without logging In. Most of the times if I use it multiple times in one day, I have to log in every time. Time to update the app to use facial recognition if you want it to log out so much. Or just keep it logged in all the time.

No more auto log in
PUT AUTO LOG IN BACK - why has this not been done already?
Poor notifications
Sometime it sends a notification, sometimes a text, sometimes both (as it is setup to do). Sometimes you get nothing at all. Not reliable to employees when blasts are being sent out.
Needs to add modern features
Too frequent log outs, pain to get logged back in, with slow load times. Doesn’t use Apple Passwords or Face ID for easy login. Please make it not sign out so frequently and add modern features to make logging in easier.
Insane amount of repeated required logins
The amount of times you have to repeatedly log into this app is crazy. It’s a scheduling app not banking or sensitive information app, at least not what my agency is using it for.
No more auto/face ID log in
Please put the option for auto log in/Face ID log in back. Having to enter information every time is not good.
Always logging in
If your going to make me login constantly can you please please please support Face ID? How do you no have Face ID on an app like this in 2024?
