Trash. Class Dojo is WAY Better
My children’s daycare switched to this app from Class Dojo for an unknown reason. I’m assuming some kind of Quebec local business kickback. This app is horrendous. Unable to receive notifications or messages, to zoom in on or save photos, to rotate image orientation… Just a total garbage app. Stuck using it because my daycare refuses to switch to something that works.

N’y pensez même pas. L’application mobile est affreuse. Il y a bien mieux sur le marché .

Côté utilisation c’est vraiment mal pensé. Au final, l’utilisation du portail web est préférable, même si ce n’est pas idéal.

L’application est fonctionnelle, mais on ne peut pas télécharger les images sur téléphone. Les images sont en bas de l’écran et juste à moitié
Ne fonctionne pas
Application qui ne fonctionne pas comme Planitou sur internet. Les messages dans la boîte de réception ne sont pas accessibles, impossible de cliquer sur les journaux de bord pour voir la suite des messages. Pas accès aux fiches d’assiduités pour les signées, etc. Bref il manque beaucoup d’aspect sur l’application versus ce qui est disponible sur le site internet.

It worked for the first week and now all info/logs/pics are erased. You cannot access any of the features available.
Often told by the daycare they cannot give daily updates or send pictures as the app is not working.
Would love if our daycare would switch to another platform. Highly unreliable and would not recommend.

Depuis MÀJ et à ce jour, un écran blanc.
Unsuable White Screen
The app worked at first, but then it shows a blank screen without options. Force closing the app, reinstalling the app or resetting the phone does NOT fix the issue.
Please fix the app.
Also, for your login screen, please use one field for the username so that the phone can save the information. Nobody wants to type every single time. Ideally, implement face recognition.

Incapable d’ouvrir l’application sur un iphone 14 pro….. incapable de travailler avec l’application alors que s’est nécessaire lorsque je ne suis pas devant mon ordinateur.

L’application n’ouvre plus depuis la mise à jour de mon IPhone. Très déçu des services de votre application qui marche déjà pas toujours. De plus, il n’est pas possible d’enregistrer les informations de connexion par la page internet. Toujours obligé de chercher le code pour entrer dans mon profil au lieu d’avoir un adresse courriel comme tout le monde.

App stopped working since update, wrote to the company and they said problem should be solved in couple of weeks, that was in April.
