Deserves a negative star
Got the email for the activation. Created my login and password. However when it came down to logging in it wouldn’t accept my CORRECT USER NAME AND EMAIL. Tried the forgot password and sending a new activation email neither worked. Emailed customer service and still nothing from them. Something so simple should not be this difficult.

It was good now I can’t use it due to a mandatory update being above my iOS

Newest update is much quicker and more stable than previous versions. My doctor was able to diagnose my condition even over my weak wifi connection and constant network interruptions. The video and audio quality was also great.
Thumbs down for the last update!
After the last update, it is constantly asking me to log in and when I do, it refreshes the page and asks me to log in again!! So frustrating! I was late for my appointment because of that!
