Not worth a subscription
App has multiple problems. Design battles are not fair or upload right. No matter if it looks good on your end when it gets rendered it has problems. Design battles description pic has items not offered in battle. Lacks design items for battle as well.
Infuriatingly slow, and limited. Predatory-traps you into an expensive annual membership.
Besides being predatory and charging me for an annual subscription at $119 one day before my trial period ended that they refused to refund, this app is infuriatingly slow. I could barely run it on my brand new ipad air, every command took 30 seconds or longer to load, which means to do the most basic of things it would take hours of time.
The other issue I ran into while using this app is not being able to rotate items to a specific degree, you are forced to use a slider which I wasted sometimes up to 15 mins on per room just to get the tile grain to go from horizontal to vertical because the slider was so laggy and inaccurate, I never was able to get it to the specific number I wanted.
In the app description it said that it would snap to standard directions, but only the furniture pieces do this, and usually when you don’t want them to. So you will spend far too long trying to put furniture at an angle that is near a wall because it will constantly try to snap to the wall.
The landscape feature is very limited because you can only design on a flat plan, and most yards are not flat so that feature was absolutely useless for me- and that was the main reason I wanted to try this app. If your house plan is set at zero elevation, you can’t have a yard that is lower in elevation.
The AI also could not render my floorplan dimensions accurately, even when I meticulously used the ruler to set the wall length, it would always come back with walls that were far longer than I set them. For example, I set the wall length in one room as 14ft and when the render came back with dimensions, it would set that very same wall at 18 ft or 24 ft, and then all the other wall dimensions in the rest of the house, according to that. I tried 3 times and each time the plan would come back with a different measurement, and never the correct one. This made it impossible to accurately guage what furniture would fit in a given space, because the measurements we so far off.
I can’t believe how much time I have wasted trying to get this app to do the simplest of functions and wasted my time learning how to use it. It’s practically useless, you’d be better off designing your home in The Sims, and have far more furniture choices too.
Not only was this app incredibly frustrating to manipulate properly, incredibly slow to use, and limited in designs, the owners are predatory in charging you an annual membership before your trial period is even over. I was charged $119 for an annual membership, and I had no option to choose a different plan before they charged me, and when I contacted them to request a refund, they refused. I was not even given the option to choose month to month instead. Disgusting.
Do not waste your time, and potentially a large chunk of money on this worthless program. Go buy yourself The Sims so you can actually enjoy the many many hours of time you will waste trying to plan your home.

Has issues but still good
I think the 60+ hours I’ve spent on the app making houses despite the bugs shows it’s worth the download n premium spend. Still worth it and more now all these years later 🥰
