Does not let me Login
I used to use this app all the time until one day it asked me for authorization required on both the browser and my app on my iPhone. I was able to see the tab on my laptop browser, but on my iPhone app it doesn’t show the authorization tab so I’m no longer able to use planning center on my iPhone app. I reached out by email and no one has reached out to me.

Notifications are broken
Lately, whenever my team confirms or declines an invite, the app just says “Services Reminder”. It used to give me a notification that said “Charlie Brown has confirmed/declined June 7th request” etc etc. Why is it not doing that anymore? I shouldn’t have to go into my app to see who accepted or declined. Please fix.

I keep getting prompts to update this app??? What is going on?
Constantly wants to update
App tries to update and then it keeps saying UPDATE and does it again. It’s done that at least 6 times so far today… (update posted for May 31). Think something wasn’t planned very well…😬
Solid app, INCREDIBLE team
App is totally usable and does absolutely everything I need it to and more. There is a small learning curve, but overall I find it to be user friendly, fairly navigable, and powerful as a management tool. There are some small quirks and occasionally it runs slow, but every update improves the app and everything you can do on the website you can also do on the app. I think the best thing about the app is the customer support team behind it. I contacted them about an issue I was experiencing, and within an hour they responded and within a week they rolled out an update fixing the issue. Absolutely stellar team and great app.

I need to change churches on this app and I have no idea how to do it please help

I feel this needs to be said: although version 6.9 now has CarPlay integration, this does not mean you should actually practice while you are driving (I’m looking at you, bass player).
In all seriousness, I could not do my job without this app. Scheduling my team, printing, run sheets, making changes to the order minutes before service – this app is such a great help!

The church has control over your account
If you are a musician you need to know a couple of things: (1) This software is incredibly clunky to use if you play at multiple churches, and (2) The churches have control over your account. You cannot remove a church from your account unless the church grants you permission.
I understand the churches are the paying customers, but this app will not exist without the continued support of musicians. The developer needs to understand they are leaving a big opportunity for a competitor to pop up, because the rank and file musicians have a lot of sway with their MDs.

Please make an option to switch between accounts while staying logged in
It would be helpful if you could make the app where it is easier to switch between users and roles. I have to completely log out from my praise band login to see my sons serving status since he is too young to manage his own account. Because it is under my email address I have to log out and back in to select his user name.

No longer works
I use this app all the time and love it, but it hasn’t worked since I ran my last iOS update! It crashes before the main screen even loads.
Great app but…
It’s a really nice app it’s just that I can’t change my profile Picture for some reason! Is there any way you can fix the bug? It would be great if you can/do. Thank you also great app I recommend it!!!! ALSO ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING THAT I CANT CHANGE IT!!!! SO PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!!

Ok, I downloaded this app to help with my church and I open it to find I can’t create an account in app I HAVE to do it on the website so I do and no matter what I do, I CANNOT create a working account, none of them work! I’ve tried two different emails and neither worked! Then I went to the website to make an account and it worked so I open the app and it’s saying my account doesn’t exist! I try on another device with the app and again it doesn’t exist! I add my phone number to my account and still it won’t work! So I go ahead and make a new account with a different email and again not even that works! I try with three different devices this time! It just keeps saying the account does not exist!
Then I try a website that I think ‘parents’ this apps website to supposedly make it work better and my account doesn’t exist on there so I decide to just make ANOTHER new account with one of my emails and I CANT CAUSE THE SIGN UP BUTTON TAKES ME TO A PURCHASING PAGE! I have to start a trial and later PAY MONEY to have an account CAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON YOUR WEBSITES! NONE!
fix your broken website and don’t get me STARTED on the interface and accessibility, it was a NIGHTMARE to work with!

Time is 30 Minutes Earlier than web
All the times in the app are wrong. 30 minutes earlier than scheduled 😢
Bugs
New update fixes messaging which is great! But the app gets stuck when I go back to the last page and has to be closed each time. I also lost the ability to see teams for scheduling, only myself. Rough when you serve on different teams with family members the same day.
Why is it so slow?
So the app is really great and useful for planning and scheduling church serve times. My main complaint or I should say two complaints are:
#1 Why is it so slow? It takes forever for the app to load and then if you switch to a different section, it takes forever again. I don’t understand! I thought maybe it was the Wi-Fi at our church because it can be a little sketchy, but I have gig Wi-Fi at home and it is still ridiculously slow.
#2 Navigating the app is a little cumbersome. It is not well organized and it is not clear where to find things. I wish that there was a menu bar with drop-down categories at the top that just had every section of the app listed so that you didn’t have to click through all of these slow links to try to find what you’re looking for. Why isn’t there a drop down menu? That’s pretty standard in almost every other app that I use. Fix the speed that the app loads at and also fix the user interface/experience and this would be a rocketship for church planning.

app won’t let me even pass the login without reloading over and over again which is really inconvenient because I want to look at the order of service or songs and it won’t even let me login
