Disappointing and an impediment
I actually work for the parent company of this app. I have no hesitation to say this app is an actual impediment to my work day and has a almost daily impact on my mood — I’m frustrated and discouraged every time I use it. I write this with hope that some product manager or leader at Planon makes an effort to improve the user experience here, because I’m *required* to use it. In my year of using it, I’ve seen no noticeable improvements. What a shame.

App DOES NOT WORK
WHY DO I HAVE TO LOG ON 3 TIMES AND CROSS MY FINGERS TO RESERVE A SEAT. WHY DO WE NEED SO MUCH SECURITY? I give up. Make the devs use this app.

No ‘other’ option for requests so if yours doesn’t match one of the pre-selected ones it is very difficult to respond. Very laggy too.

Confusing app policy and lacking basic features
Confusing app policy with (at least) four subtly differently named apps, I had to try at least to until I found one that worked.
Missing basic features (such as favorites) that would save me from constantly going through a search function and map to reserve the same desk every time.
Lackluster UI, like a flat spaces list of 400+ entries and no recognizable search scheme.
