It doesn't recognize a lot of plants

The issue I'm having is the app doesn't recognize a lot of plants which is a waste of time if I paid for the whole year… please update your information on plants

Horrible app

I just downloaded the app using the free trial. First I tried identifying the plant keeps giving an error. Then I tried the diagnosis feature took 3 pictures and same problem gives you an error. I do t understand how you are expected to pay for something doesn’t work

Terrible. 90% of the time it was unable to recognize my plants. A complete waste of money. I removed from my phone even though I can use through next May.

This app does not work ever!

Every time I try no matter indoors or outdoors, this app always states it’s having trouble. Don’t waste your money on this app.

Doesn’t work

Attempted to identify about 12 different plants and it kept saying it could not identify them and they were pretty basic plants. I paid for this app and it’s useless.

Don’t use this app

I tried to identify 7 different plants and this app could not identify any! Always sent a message “ something went wrong, couldn’t identify “

Does not work properly

Doesn’t identify plants it won’t identify pineapples, the only plant in my yard that it identified was the Date Tree

Might be the worst app ever

Didn’t work 99% of the time and when it did it misidentified the plant. It said my hydrangea was a mint plant. Plant AI is awful, do not recommend.

It can identify

I tried it with three plants, and it couldn’t identify any of them. The last one I tried was a fern which is a queen’s fern, and it came back as a Boston fern.

Plant AI rating

App claims to be free and once you sign up, it’s only free for 3 days, then you have to pay. If you’re going to charge, then say so up front! TOTAL SCAM!

Couldn’t ID common plants

We tried this at home with several plants (marigolds, lime tree) and the app couldn’t ID any of them.
