Billed me 3x for cancelled subscription
I cancelled within an hour of subscribing, and yet they continue to bill me weekly. Apple resolution was of no help in getting a refund. Use at your own risk.

Not so great
First result was herbicide damage tried again and it looks like a different diagnosis but is blurred out. Then continuous loop of ads never unblurs. Imagine going to a garden center and showing an employee a photo of a plant asking what’s wrong with it? And they say for 1.99 I could tell you
Great information
This app also identifies plants that I did not know what they were. So far, it has been right on the money and has helped determine several issues that I have had as well as my friends have had with their plants.
Why 3star for this great app?
Because honesty wins over lies, the $40/year that means $56.75/yr in Cdn $ today is not mentioned. Subscription after free trial if on auto charge is is not mentioned. It is annoying to need to download to see the truth. Speak proudly & honestly instead of ashamed to admit a fee that those with enough income would gladly pay.

Doesnt work as i want
I bought an one year subscription but after a lots of tests , i realized thatbdoesnt work properly! Same plant with two diferent results completely oposite! Same plant doesnt recognized at 1 st time at all, 2nd time was great, and after that , all the other diferent plants recognized as the same first one!
With some restarts, problem fixed for while but same again after two or three tries!
Asked for cancelled subscription and refund the one year active !

Inaccurate and a waste of money
This app needs some serious work. It can’t even identify the plant correctly let alone what’s wrong with it. Of course apple won’t refund me despite it being so bad. This will be the last paid app

Completely wrong diagnoses and charged me for a full year when I signed up for the 1 week. Don’t download. You’ll regret this.

My sister likes this game I do not so what happened. I have a Venus fly trap and it wouldn’t scan the diagnosis now they say the diagnosis is different than the other one and I know it’s not that because my sister has almost the same Venus fly trap and it’s healthy so I do not recommend this app if you want the truth on your plant you could go to Plant Parent my sister says I’m doing it too far. I say I’m doing it to close and just the app doesn’t work for me so I really don’t recommend it if you want to try to OK, cause it works with my sister, but it doesn’t tell me how to get it better that app upsets me so if you want to try it you can but I don’t recommend it please don’t😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

For all plants was the same answer and didn’t help at all.
Absolutely terrible doesn’t work.
I paid full price for this app and after taking 5 pictures the app is frozen on the looking for issues scan. I want my money back I don’t even get a chance to use it at all. They sure took the money fast though.

Had pesky recurring white spotting on my garden plants. App quickly diagnosed the problem and offered multiple solutions. Love this app will use it all over My Home plants and outdoor garden plants.
