Beware of a free trial

I am absolutely livid about being charged for what was supposed to be a free trial. I started the app’s free trial and canceled the subscription the same day, yet I was still charged $29.99. I never intended to purchase a subscription, and I feel completely misled and frustrated that I now have to pay just to download an app on my iPhone. I have read a lot of the reviews this typical of them to scam you!

Search function isn’t great

This app is great for aiding in care for your plant and reminders, however the search function isn’t great. The AI for identifying plants is okay, but isn’t always accurate. I can’t find my plants by typing in the name because if you search more than one word it automatically says there is no results.

Not free… no free option

This app says its basic option is free… but it’s not. Any plant you try to identify you get a message that the plant is sick (when it’s not!) and the app tries to force you to pay for a subscription to get any info. If you don’t upgrade to the paid option it deletes your photo and won’t ID the plant. Scam!
