incredibly scammy, do not download

the app requires a subscription in order to be used, has different tiers and automatically signs you up for the $9.99 tier which is charged WEEKLY, not monthly. the app advertising itself as free on the app store but ultimately requiring a paid subscription in order to use it rather than just being a paid app upfront is incredibly disingenuous and feels scammy, i used this app once to identify a houseplant and forgot to cancel my free trial afterwards and was charged the full $10 for a “paid” subscription afterwards. reached out to customer service and received no reply. there are much better identification apps on the market that are absolutely free and not misleading.

I can’t zoom in to read the text. Probably will not keep.

It would be nice if I could zoom in to read the text. With the cost of the app I’ll be taking it off of my phone. It would be nice if there were a free version without all of the bells and whistles.

Hit or miss on accuracy

It’s a hit or miss on the plant. Only identifies the plant when manually entering in the name. No such thing as a free trial. They’ll charge you once you install it.

Downloaded to see what some of my cactus are it got some right but it told me every single one of my cactus are sick which they most definitely aren’t

Identified my dying fern instantly

Saved my favorite plant,It correctly diagnosed an overwatering issue and gave a solid care schedule. Taking off one star because the photo scanner can be a bit picky if the lighting isn't perfect, but otherwise great.

Amazing information

I enjoy this app due to the quick response and abundance of information and problem solving information and care tips right in your hand so that if any of your lovely plants start to have any issues or don’t seem as vibrant as usual you can just take a picture and right there is your solution to help them and prevention to so you can take correct steps to stop anything from harming the rest of your garden .Very helpful
