Could not identify a plant, gollum jade, that google identified immediately. Then, could not add the plant to identify the problem.

I legitimately took over 50 pictures of the same plant and every single time the app said error not in the right format. Every angle and view i could think of, zoomed in and out, read the instructions three times- nothing helped. Wish i could give no stars

Can’t even identify a banana tree plant. Guess this is a scam for only free users. YOU CANT IDENTIFY THE PLANT IF YOU ARE USING FREE VERSION!!!!!!!!!

Terrible
Ask for a review first thing after you open the app for the first time. Then ask for money or start trial. You scan your first plant then a popup ask for a review again which you can’t close. Won’t use again.
I haven’t hardly started yet!
This app has already asked me twice how I like it and I haven’t even used it yet, besides taking one scan of one plant and have not yet received any info yet. How can I give a review without first using it?
