Unable to use even once even after getting lifetime subscription. Email requesting for help bounces back.
Can not delete this app
I downloaded this app to have a look at it only and now i can not delete it.I see it has charges associated with it.Advise please.
Don’t download.
The app is a fake. IDK how it has good reviews. They just take $44 from everyone.
Dead app
Doesn’t work at all. Just sits stuck at loading or uploading. 4g, 5g or Wifi.

I purchased a lifetime subscription to this several months ago. Can’t get online it just continually keeps loading. I contacted them. But I cannot get through. My email service is there email refuses to accept my email. Whatever that means at any rate, I have paid for a lot times subscription to this and haven’t been able to use it one time and I can’t get a hold of them for help. I’m very frustrated and I’m very unhappy with the app.

App hasn’t worked since installed
App has not worked for me once since installed. No idea how to get assistance- ‘contact us’ feature seems to lead. Nowhere. And have paid a month’s subscription. Admit I am not the most technically minded - but all my other Apps just work!

Choose Wisely
I had paid for a life time subscription and now I am having a problem with taking photos of my plants and how to heal them and re-potted. I can open the the app just fine, when I got to take a picture and even look a plant it just has a dailing sign the is never changing at this point. I want a refund of this purchase and to not have this app no longer.

I have paid for a lifetime subscription and cannot find the link to activate my account. I have reached out to Apple, inc to cancel my subscription because every time I send an email to you, it comes back as undeliverable… mailerdemon.

Unusable App
I’ve must paid for this. The app doesn’t work, it keeps ‘loading’ but nothing happens. I cannot access my account to cancel. There seems to be no account in fact. Going to now laboriously try and find a way to get in touch with the app developers. Very disappointing. Do not use this App!
Terrible product and non existent Support
Accidentally purchased this product, I was billed, tried to get a refund (no response) and subsequent attempts to get application to even start (i figured as i had paid for it i might as well try it out) have failed. All in all i couldnt award 0 stars but feel even 1star is too generous.
Waste of money
Simply did not work . Glad I only signed up for 1 month.
