Misleading
It was told that there is 3 days trial and I chosed a plan as I could not just choose the trial and I thought that having 3 days trial , after that I can cancel subscription but they took my money and after that I was told I can cancel anytime but no refund! Do not subscribe with them . They are thieves! I ll make a complaint and I ll share everywhere not to subscribe with them as they mislead people

Excellent except…
A great app that I use at least a few days every week. The only issue I have, is that since the last few updates, I can only use LeafSnap when I’m connected to wifi. So if I’m out in the field using mobile data I always get a “Network error” message. Obviously the field is where I need to use the app the most. My workaround is to photograph the plant or tree and use that photo once I’m back home and connected to wifi. Overall 9/10. Thank you.

**UPDATE** Even after their reply here I have sent 2 more emails and have never heard a response. Don’t fall for their BS.
Don’t listen to them about their 3 day trial. You get the trial and you are paying $40+ for a year. Didn’t help me as I expected but paid for the year anyway.
Customer service didn’t even bother to reply at all. 1 star for that fact alone.

Scam
Showed a 3 day free trial available, when I clicked it to try out the app, it immediately charged my bank for the yearly premium which is the most expensive package they have.

Enjoying the app apart from an inability to change location to UK .. I am not in “ Arlington” !
Camera not working
I have had just a blank screen on the camera for months, all the photos in my plant collection have gone stating that the image is not available, total load of rubbish, I had used this for years and put all my plants in folders and now it's useless.

Did not transfer to new phone
I took a lot of time to set up all of my gardens on here, including care and notifications. When I bought a new phone, nothing transferred over. So disappointing.

I signed up for the least expensive one year plan. Tried it, did not like it, so within 30 minutes, I cancelled my subscription and I am still going to be charged for the whole year. Be careful, there is NO trial period
