First time use
I wanted this for diagnosis purposes, first plant I tried,,,,the app identified the plant no issue, when I ask for the diagnosis, it kept saying it was not a photo of a plant, repeatedly, did it three time kept suggesting I ask an expert. So I prep the question and when I went to send, it want 14.99 per. Yes per inquiry,,, so this app will never do a diagnosis,,, it will send you to a botanist expert, and charge you an additional 14.99 per diagnosis,,,, WT? Fraud.

Keeps giving me bullish answers

Got this app with free trial to identify a plant. Now I can’t cancel subscription and it charges me $8 weekly. Ridiculous!!

Dumb and Dumber
This app is for you if you want to be in the wife’s doghouse. Yes it identified one of her plants as a weed and Cut it down then she cut off my head. Identifies wrong more than right. This morning it identified my cucumbers as squash, then oregano, then yet something else, and refused to identify my strawberries when I clearly put them in the entire picture. “ We’re not sure this is a plant” RIDICULOUS.

Too expensive
The app is way too expensive. Use a book or the internet instead! Misidentified way too many plants. Not good

I ‘d already terminated the service before the 1year service period. Service was terminated as at 2024/03/05. However, I just received message which informed me the payment was charged through AlipayHK on 2025/03/05. So I checked this payment was also charged on 2024/03/05. How come? 😡😡😡

I forgot I had it and it’s VERY EXPENSIVE ! hoping they will not charge me . I deleted the app because I have not used it and forgot about it and they are charging me anyway ! Really people ! Highway robbery !

I cancelled my subscription and they are still charging my credit card!
Limited Features
I would live to use this app. But you cannot use an existing photo. You must take a picture real time for it to work. What if you are in a place without no cell service or can’t get back to the area where you took a picture? I think being able to use a photo in my phone’s photo library is a must needed feature. Shouldn’t be hard. I could not use the app because of this.
