First time use
I wanted this for diagnosis purposes, first plant I tried,,,,the app identified the plant no issue, when I ask for the diagnosis, it kept saying it was not a photo of a plant, repeatedly, did it three time kept suggesting I ask an expert. So I prep the question and when I went to send, it want 14.99 per. Yes per inquiry,,, so this app will never do a diagnosis,,, it will send you to a botanist expert, and charge you an additional 14.99 per diagnosis,,,, WT? Fraud.

Our AI requires very detailed, close-up photos of specific symptoms to accurately diagnose issues, which differs from general identification. When our AI cannot confidently assess a problem, we offer the expert consultation service for more complex cases.

Can’t cancel subscription
Got this app with free trial to identify a plant. Now I can’t cancel subscription and it charges me $8 weekly. Ridiculous!!
