No help with IT

We changed internet network and now the wifi is not connected to the app. There is nowhere to get information on how to update this. Looking for help please

Plant viewer app review

Plant viewer app is bad. Thank you for letting us know regarding the new application called Energy viewer. I have already installed. A great upgrade to this one. I will test it more and write a new review.

Ok

Works ok when logged in. Signing up was difficult and not straight forward. Couldn’t add my device through the app, had to sign up and add device online first, then the app finally worked.

App needs an overhaul.

Extremely poor app. Waste of time, doesn’t record data despite the wifi saying it is connected.
