No help with IT
We changed internet network and now the wifi is not connected to the app. There is nowhere to get information on how to update this. Looking for help please

Plant viewer app is bad. Thank you for letting us know regarding the new application called Energy viewer. I have already installed. A great upgrade to this one. I will test it more and write a new review.

Works ok when logged in. Signing up was difficult and not straight forward. Couldn’t add my device through the app, had to sign up and add device online first, then the app finally worked.

Extremely poor app. Waste of time, doesn’t record data despite the wifi saying it is connected.

You have to login every time to use the app, then when you do log in there is f@£k all data there.
It used to work then you did your dog s&@t update and now it doesn’t work.
No point in downloading because you can’t see anything.

Since this new update 6 days ago I can no longer log into my app to see my usage and production so now this app is totally useless to me

iOS app needs urgent fixes and update
ABB, this app has so many bugs and doesn’t work probably. Customer support in Sydney/Australia is poor and lacks product knowledge. I have one ABB and two SMA inverters. SMA software and hardwares, no issues at all after 7years of usage. ABB stuff, 3rd inverter replaced under warranty, wifi data logger doesn’t work probably, iOS app is rubbish.

Can not connect the inverter to the app even though I tried different times!!! Any suggestions?!?!
Poor UX
Extremely lazy and basic design. Not made with the user in mind. Not enough analytics around solar generation only shows me usage and I don’t even get the extra info on the cell temp just usages and power been generated for the day. It’s so basic and as an app not appealing at all. The set up to even use it was cumbersome and annoying. And the instructions weren’t even clear so I still had to wing it. Really disappointed in the UX compared to power shop. Look into it.

Work when it wants to.
Very basic app that has no feedback or contact ability to report issues.
It doesn’t always load and doesn’t show much information.

Useless
So unreliable. Great ABB inverter but a pity the app doesn’t have the same quality. If you want to compete with fronius sort your s$&t out. Very disappointing.
Useless app can’t connect
AWFUL.... frustrating waste of time, follow instructions, connect to inverter wifi but still can’t find and add inverter to the app.
Does any developer actually use their software as a user end to end.
Amazingly this was reported months ago in another review but still hasn’t been addressed.

Works well
Easily connected and I can now remotely view my energy production. Would be good to have more stats though it seems very basic.
Time zone issues
Works ok but displays incorrect time zone so all data is logged with incorrect time (including downloaded data). This is despite address, time zone setting, and time on inverter being correct. Even the sample screen shots in App Store are wrong (CEST for California?)
