One photo can not identify a tree
Only take one photo can not identify a tree. Should recognize more photos, including trunk, leaf, flower, fruit, then make a correct decision. Very disappointed on identifying a tree

Update: the developers were kind enough to send me a message letting me know the bug had been fixed and the app was working again. It’s been great ever since! Not always completely accurate, but still super fun!
Original Review: Was fantastic at first, but for the last month, any time I try to identify a plant, it just says “retry.” I wish it was still working because it was great! I created my own garden on there and thoroughly enjoyed the app. It really was nice. If it starts working again, I’ll give it 5 stars.

Disappointed
I was so disappointed with this app. It sounds great but every plant diagnosis was abiotic. Well, yes, that’s why I bought the app to see what I needed to do. Don’t waste your money. Oh, and try to unsubscribe. Wow!
