One photo can not identify a tree
Only take one photo can not identify a tree. Should recognize more photos, including trunk, leaf, flower, fruit, then make a correct decision. Very disappointed on identifying a tree

Update: the developers were kind enough to send me a message letting me know the bug had been fixed and the app was working again. It’s been great ever since! Not always completely accurate, but still super fun!

I created my own garden on there and thoroughly enjoyed the app. It really was nice. If it starts working again, I’ll give it 5 stars.

I was so disappointed with this app. It sounds great but every plant diagnosis was abiotic. Well, yes, that’s why I bought the app to see what I needed to do. Don’t waste your money. Oh, and try to unsubscribe. Wow!

Very hard to Cancel! I-Snap Plant ID promise you after 3 Day trial it is 2.99 a month which is a not true! They are charging me 3.24 $ a week!! And if I could send pictures here I would prove this with a Screenshot of their offer and my payments and I don’t know how to Cancel, because it’s Not an Option under Subscriptions & you have to wait till subscription runs out!

Don’t waste your money.
It doesn’t work. Half the time it incorrectly identifies the plant, and It never helped diagnose diseases as it says it does. Waste of money!
Identification never accurate
This app is a joke! It can’t even identify basic common plants. Lilac, dandelion, onion…… I would not trust anything it attempts to identify!!
Free or pay to play?
Unclear on charges (and now reading policies again it is clearly misleading). And how can it be cancelled? Another total mystery. Still trying to figure it out.

Incorrect plants
Several times it mis-identified plants I was trying to ID. When I would try to find out what was wrong with a plant, it wouldn’t do anything.

ID works. Plant Dr doesn’t.
It helped me ID the plant but when I tried to diagnose a problem, it took the picture but told me nothing about my plant. Very disappointing
