I tried taking a picture. First you had to get the free trial to get the pictures. When i clicked it, I clicked continue it still would not let me take a picture. Is there a bug or something. Terrible

I attempted to scan/take pictures of three different plants to get help identifying what might make them healthier. Each time it said scan not available?!
I change settings, lighting, close-ups, and far away nothing worked very disappointed
