I tried taking a picture. First you had to get the free trial to get the pictures. When i clicked it, I clicked continue it still would not let me take a picture. Is there a bug or something. If i cannot use it then how will i use it? This is the most useless app and AI ever. For identifying and for care

What a disappointment, not even able to scan properly a plant, do not waste your time as it is one of the most useless app: not sure why there is no option to enter the plants name manually…

Terrible
I attempted to scan/take pictures of three different plants to get help identifying what might make them healthier. Each time it said scan not available?!

What a waste of time! I thought this might help me to save a plant or 2. So I paid the token payment of 29p for a weeks usage.
Took photos of 2 plants, it scanned the photo and it came back with a different photo asking if this is the one I was trying to identify… Um… NO!
Took the photo again, same “ other photo of different plant” came back asking was this the plant I was trying to identify.
I thought maybe the camera was seeing a different view to me, so tried again. What a waste of time..
This app must have a wide range library of stock photos, which it uses.. Not the plant you are taking a photo of 🙄 I know it was only a pittance payment for a weeks usage, perhaps that’s because it’s useless.. Do Not Fall for it. Take a photo yourself and google it..

Can’t identify plants correctly
I used the app and took a picture of the same plant twice and it still couldn’t identify it. It was just a hydrangea and it was giving me all kinds of other plants. But not a single option was the correct one. Therefore it could not help me identify what was wrong with it and why it was dying.
Not helpful
Tried PlantMelo to identify a plant, but it couldn’t recognize it even with a clear photo in sunlight. On top of that, the app asks for payment right from the first attempt. Needs major improvement before charging users.

Plant Melo
This Al is garbage. It can’t identify the plants I photo until maybe the 4th try and then it tells me that I know is having problems, that it is healthy. How do I get my money back after a weeks worth of use.

This app does not accurately identify plants nor would I trust that it is able to diagnose issues with your plants. Use at your own risk and buyer beware.
