WRONG ID 90% of the time
Don’t waste your time on this one.. I downloaded a bunch of plant ID apps to see which one worked/ I liked the best. This is NOT it. The amount of wrong identification is mind blowing. I’m so upset I didn’t cancel the 3 day trial as soon as I saw how inaccurate it was. I was supposed to cancel yesterday but forgot :/ I hope you put my $20 towards fixing how bad it is.. total waste of money. I would have felt better if I lost the money in the street rather than paying for this.

Disappointed in support response
I purchased the lifetime Access. I am having issues with functionality. I contacted support twice. They are unresponsive. I am unable to add plants manually, without the camera. The app miss identifies plants. Wish I could get my money back.
Terrible app
Got the free offer for the pro version for life, but now don’t have access to everything and keep getting pop up asking to purchase pro version again. They should be ashamed of themselves we support them when new even though anything hardly works and no they don’t need us.
Not free lifetime subscription
Like another review , I got this for a free lifetime limited offer deal , which I saw on hotdeals uk. Worked for a short while, now it wants me to pay despite it being FREE! Hit the restore purchases button and that doesn’t work either.. so can’t use… Not happy.. something very wrong here….

After some time and an update, the restore purchases seems to have given me full access again.. have given 3 stars rather than my original 1 star for the present time..

Great Ai plan identifier
This app has been a lifesaver for me, given my limited gardening knowledge and the sudden influx of unfamiliar plants around my home. Misleading!
Had a lifetime subscription(got it for free, it was their limited time offer). It got cancelled without any notification, very dodgy practice
App is mediocre.
Does not identify well. Plus, I had the pro version and it reverted back to the free version and won’t let me restore my purchase.

Kicked out of lifetime subscription
Without any information the app removed my lifetime subscription and now only offers the usual fees. It was actually great when testing it, but removing the subscription is an absolute no go.
Buyer Beware, this app is scamming people after they purchase pro version…
I purchased the pro lifetime version, after recent update, my restore purchase is no longer working, no way to contact seller to have purchased restored either!!!!

Descargué la aplicación con la versión pro de por vida. Tras actualizarse, me hace pagar para volver a adquirirlo. Doy 1 estrella porque no hay menos, me siento estafado y esta aplicación es un total timo.
No permite restaurar compras
En su momento obtuve la versión pro en promoción y ahora me obliga a pagar de nuevo por la suscripción sin poder restaurar la compra. Me he puesto en contacto con el servicio de soporte y no he obtenido ninguna respuesta. Nada recomendable.
App is nice
I like the app, but beware. I got a lifetime subscription and now they say I have to pay again. Due to this I am now deleting.
Reverts
Had the pro lifetime purchase and app goes back to wanting to have you obtain pro again, the restore purchase option is grayed out and does not work, as well as the one in the menu. Doesn't even try, get no app store message of success or not. It wasn't all that accurate to begin with, usually would have to take the same thing about 3 or 4 times each one a different result before you can look up a second opinion/ verify what its backend was suggesting before you get a decent result. And worse is not ever going to be fixed as the developers send their canned message saying all the issues are fixed. So won't be any updates then, nothing even to update its now perfect, or a lie. One or the other!

Upgraded to the pro version and all was good until they updated the app, not my pro version is gone and I have to purchase again. Contacted the company to no avail as they never reply to emails. Buyer beware…. 🤬🤬🤬

Wollte nun endlich mal wirklich einen Name einer Pflanze. Nach 8 Minuten, kein fokussieren auf die Pflanze möglich.
Habe sie dann umsonst abgerissen und vor neutralen Hintergrund fotografiert. Erkennt die App nicht.
Geld per Abo können sie nehmen aber eine funktionierende App, fehlanzeige.

Not happy
I’ve downloaded this app through APPADVICE and supposedly I had lifetime subscription (did the onboarding, got the lifetime subscription confirmed etc) Now it’s telling me to pay and won’t restore my purchase. Just fake advertising, not happy.
