Bought plants from Plantsome, who suggested the app and it isn’t working.

This app used to be great. I have a lot of plants so this app keeping track of water and fertilizer was awesome. Then it stopped working properly. Notifications stopped, some plants didn’t even show up as needing water, and so I lost a few plants. They told me they were working on the app…a year ago. Don’t waste your time.

Perfect!
Plantsome makes it so easy to care for my plants. I kill plants a thousand times slower now!!
Better
The app is getting much better than it was before. It looks like the developers have listened to feedback and are starting to implement changes. Good to see. Still seeing some things that need finetuning like a few buttons that seem to not always work but good progress
App No Longer Works
This app worked well, but has slowly fallen apart. Some plants no longer show up in the watering schedule and for others I’m being told to give them litres of water every couple of days.
All plants randomly deleted
Loved this app until one day I opened it to find that all my plants had disappeared. Had used it for a couple of years and had loads of notes and photos stored in it, so it was really frustrating to find all of that just gone.

So I ordered plants the middle of January, right after they had moved to a new greenhouse so things were slowed down a little. When they finally sent they got caught in an Arctic vortex so when they arrive they were unfortunately dead. I emailed them and heard back from Kelsi right away, she gave me several different options. I could’ve gotten a full refund but I wanted the plants so they sent them again. Said they would wait for the freeze to pass and take extra care (they ship from BC and I’m in NB). Well I got them today and I must say, I am beyond impressed. They are in perfect condition! I have nothing bad to say, my friends are asking about it, can’t wait to place my next order!

Deleted 2 years worth of data
I’m so choked. This is a great app for tracking plant care and I’ve gotten a ton of use out of it over the past 2 years. The watering updates are awesome. However the latest update seems to have deleted everything. 2 years of tracking down the drain. Need to decide if I want to start over…
Was good…
This app was great up until a week ago when it deleted all my plants. I followed up with support and STILL have not heard back. Very disappointed. Uninstalled.
Lost all my plant info
So I go into the app one day and nothing is in there. Nothing all my plant info was gone!!! I don’t know what happened!!
Nice UI design but works terribly
Each time I go to the calendar section the app goes blank white.
Disappointed
In principle this app would be great but it works terribly. It keeps crashing despite being deleted and reinstalled many times. My notifications come in a language I don’t understand despite having everything set to English.

Best app to keep track of plants
Just want to say I love this app, I don’t know that much about plants but I want to and this app makes it so easy!! I’m also very forgetful and having the reminders to water/fertilize is the best. Love it!
No need to download
This app doesn’t include the list of plants they sell. No point in downloading once you make a plant purchase with Plantsome.
Happy customer
The app is great. A couple minor things. Which were addressed right away soon after contacting Plantsome. Otherwise I had the app and been a customer since last year. Lush picks that arrive just as good or better than expected. My jungle is in the works.
Best app for your plants
Easy to use! Love the reminders for watering and fertilizing, has been a godsend for that. I love that I can order new plants or pots right from the app. It wouldnt let me give 4.5 stars, but I find with a few of my plants, the how much to water is slightly off and they get over watered. Good thing plants tell you when that happens. When I need to get in contact with someone, they are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. This is by far the best app for you to care for your plants.

Sucks!
This app is 100% useless. You can’t even log in, all you get is a blank green screen after you hit enter.
Soooo many bugs…
The app doesn’t seem to save the date that you adopt your plants, I can’t get any notifications for watering after spending hours entering all my plants. Can’t update photos…keeps updating photos of just one plant no matter which plant I try to edit. Some of the plants I purchased from Plantsome aren’t even listed in the app. Common and popular houseplants. I wish they would update the app, because it’s a great idea.

It’s a keeper!
I purchased two plants from Plantsome and they arrived healthy and happy!
The app has a friendly tone and is easy of use. Unlike some apps it recommends an amount to water as well as when, which I appreciate.
There hasn’t been issues with the app’s functionality at all. Definitely keeping this one!
