About

You track your steps, sleep, workouts, heart rate, and nearly everything your body does. But what you eat—the input behind all of it—can still disappear from the record. Plate Pattern gives you a clear, useful record of what you actually eat. It is a personal food notebook built for real meals: homemade food, restaurant plates, leftovers, snacks, and anything that does not come with a barcode or perfect nutrition label. CAPTURE ANY MEAL Snap a photo, describe your meal, or use both. Plate Pattern turns that context into an itemized smart estimate with calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and fiber. Review every estimate and edit anything before you save. BUILD A DAILY RHYTHM Set the windows when you usually eat. Plate Pattern organizes meals as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or anything else—and can remind you around your routine. No streaks, badges, or guilt. SEE THE PATTERN Review today at a glance, follow your week, and browse your meal history. Set optional nutrition targets, see daily totals, and revisit the meals behind the numbers. Home Screen widgets keep today's totals close by. LOG FAMILIAR MEALS FASTER Save repeat meals and log them again without starting over. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Export your meal log to CSV at any time. Meal photos are processed for estimation and are not stored by default. Delete your account and its data from Settings whenever you choose. Plate Pattern is designed for useful consistency, not false precision. Nutrition values are estimates and may be inaccurate, especially when portion sizes or hidden ingredients are unclear. Review and edit before saving. Plate Pattern is intended for personal tracking and is not medical advice.
