User reviews

So far so good.

I love the layout and look of the app. It works very well so far and does exactly what I need it to do. I’ve tried several other Cal apps and this one is by far my favourite. If you’re looking for one, stop and give this one a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Response from developer

Better apps available for less

Still struggling to do the most basic of things. Significant issues with scanning barcodes. The AI fix/ edit will out right ignore your input 75% of the time. Most of the barcode scans that found the product, assumed I was consuming the entire package. Like an entire bottle of coffee creamer, or whole entire package of sliced cheese. Broken concept of servings even if you take a picture of the nutrition label. SMH.

Very Great Free Option

Honestly not too much to complain about since the app is free. It does suck that there is a daily limit of 2 for the manual type up and photo scan, but at least you can log previous meals.

Very inaccurate

This app is pretty terrible. Using the barcode scanner, it finds things but the nutritional info is completely wrong. Even if it’s right, after adding the food to a meal, it completely changes the nutritional info it initially showed. I didn’t even try the AI scanner but if the barcode scanner is this bad I have no faith in the ai image scanner
