Serves its purpose!
This application is equivalent to most ordinary, foundational applications that are involved with loading, transferring and/or handling of your specified digital finances; it has an easy-to-use interface, a simple and clean user-dashboard, and I suppose if I had to make at least one recommendation, it would be for the app developers to provide a digital opportunity (within the application, itself) to “DISPUTE” any/all transactions displayed within the applications “financial activity” dashboard; not only could you transfer finances and view finances, and see a history of your transactions (as per the specific pre-loaded money card affiliated with this application) but, you could also dispute any errors you may notice —and generally have more professional assistance available to you, within the application. I hope for this application, one day, to be similar to digital financial applications, such as “Bank of America”, “Citibank”, “Wells Fargo” and etc. Just because the money card in question, here, is a “pre-loadable” card and therefore does not require correspondence to a traditional bank &/or banking account(s)—— doesn’t necessarily imply we, the users, require less from this corresponding application, nor does it mean the integrity of our fiscal technologies should reflect lesser than that of other related applications.

Its a good app I just wish it came with a savings account connected like other bank apps
Need Update
When you’re in the Activity tab looking at your transactions there’s many times where you cannot see the dollar amount clearly. The dollar amount will be written over the name of the company. Those instances for some reason the + or - will be on top of the dollar amount on its own line instead of besides it. That pushes the dollar amount down and writes it over the description! It’s been months. It’s time for a fix!

This app won’t let you change your pin or request a new card.
It freezes up when switching menus. It won’t let me link any thing to the card to transfer funds out. It won’t connect to any of my mobile transfer account like Venmo.

I have had to use this card w no other options to get my children’s child support, super inconvenient and frustrating website never works right I can’t even get into my account. I don’t understand why we HAVE to use this card and he can’t just give me the money. Super fishy that every penny is looked at and nothing can be private.

This app sucks! It’s constantly kicking me out and not recognizing my password! I can’t change my number on it to change my password. It’s frustrating.
Terrible
The card is terrible. Always a fee. It use to allow you to add card to Apple Pay from the app and now it no longer does that.
