Very slow delivery and complaint redressal process

Pathetic delivery and customer care team.
I order a cold chain medicine, it was ready for dispatch at 12:00pm but backend team was not concerned for prompt delivery and wallet on showing same status till 18:00hrs though it is a local delivery. Only answer from customer care is we have raised to backend team and its to be delivered today and will be delivered. Customer to keep waiting full day for the medicine without any viability to when it will be delivered. Full day wasted. They don’t have any escalation matrix also.
Tata1mg and Apollo medicine are much efficient on this.
Avoid such online medicine platforms which are not agile and active in delivery.

Fraud System

Very disappointing and stressful experience. I placed the order because the app showed same-day delivery on the 6th, which was important as I was suffering from severe dehydration and heatstroke due to office conditions. However, after the payment was completed, the delivery date was suddenly changed.

To make things worse, there is no option to change the delivery address after placing the order. I had ordered from my office location assuming it would arrive the same day, but the next day I became unwell and needed the medicines urgently at home. Despite this situation, there was no proper customer support available to help.

This system feels completely unreliable and misleading. They do not seem concerned about how such delays and poor service can seriously affect patients who genuinely need medication on time. Very poor experience. Rating: 0.5/5.

Request to Platinum Rx & Delhivery to do the delivery & pickup return on the same day

Return pickup not done by Delhivery agent despite my writing email for rescheduling on a date when we were available on the said date. Now when we have ordered the other medicine, which is expected by 6/4/26 or any further date, we requested on phone to collect/ pickup return item on the day when new medicine will be delivered. Platinum Rx & Delhivery please collaborate & do the needful

Best healthcare app

I just love how easy it is to use this app and how amazing this app itself is… i could get medicines at home by this app on low prices.. it has made my life so much easier especially having a diabetic person in my family.

Disappointed with the service

Their service is completely unreliable and unacceptable. They claim delivery within 1–2 days while placing the order, but in reality, they take 5–6 days to deliver medicines. This kind of delay is dangerous when it comes to essential medicines that should be delivered as early as possible. This is by far the worst service I have experienced. You cannot depend on them when you actually need medicines the most. I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from this application. It’s far better to use another app or simply buy from a local store. Ordering from Platinum Rx was a big mistake, and I genuinely regret it.

Worst customer service

This app is a complete disappointment. They failed to deliver my medicines on time, and the worst part is that customer care is fully automated—no real effort was made to expedite my order even though I needed the medicines for a trip. The experience was frustrating and unreliable. There are far better apps in the market that actually care about customers. Avoid this one—it’s a waste of time

PlatinumRx has become one of my go-to apps for ordering medicines. The feature I love most is how intelligently it suggests high-quality, affordable substitutes—often from well known pharma companies, which makes decision making so much easier. Their customer support team is also very responsive and helpful.
Overall, a very useful app and a great experience.

The best and affordable

Guys this is the best app i have found so far. With PlatinumRx we get the branded medicines with discounted price. Also we get cash backs on our purchases.
My only concern is if any substitute medicine is not available then the medicine what we were looking for should be made available for purchase.

Bad service and delayed delivery

They are not a serious service provider. I had ordered my BP medication and its delayed by 4 days already. Reason I am guven is delivery partner issue. I certainly fidnt call to know the reason but to report my challange and solution. From them. Its clear that they can not distinguish a difference between Medicine delivery and Mobile Cover delivery. The seriousness they are showing, even the guy delibrrin the mobile cover, displayes urgency much better

Frauds - Don't purchase from them

I ordered 10-12 meds in high qty from which many were not present in the box. I even logged a complain in their customer support and they say after some time that” “no, all meds were present we have a video of you collecting the box it is not our fault”. But when you receive the box they don't record you opening the box they just record you collecting the box so don't make any purchase from them they took at least 2-3 thousand from me by doing this.

Worst app for medicine buy

I am extremely disappointed with the service. My medicine order was delayed by 3 days, even though the app clearly showed a tentative delivery date of 15th October 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, the customer care team was completely clueless about the status of my order — all they did was give standard responses without any real update or solution.

When it comes to essential medicines, timely delivery is critical, and such delays are unacceptable. The app seriously needs to improve its logistics tracking and customer support training. Definitely not a reliable platform for urgent medical needs.

Beware of Bad Generics

There are good generics and there are bad quality generics. Both will always be quiet weak in comparison to patent (branded) medicines. Never substitute your medicins if doctors write something. The issue is that generics are less effective. Doctor gives right dose but if you use substitute generics, dose will be reduced.

Also this website is selling lots of generics in name of brand. Then suggesting even worst of generics.

Don't listen to Anupam Kher, he is paid actor. Celebrity, actors and artists should not endorce health brands or medicines/medicine platforms in my opinion. Specially platform like this.

Its the most worst app for ordering medicine online. The customer support is so disgusting that you will never find the problem of the solution from the customer support. There is no option for the order cancellation. They never update the order tracking status. In prepaid order if you rejected the order , you will receive your refund after 15 days. They always try to give you the wrong information and deceive you. Anything else if you still want to experience all these things you can order the medicine from this application.

Pathetic customer service of this app. I had booked a prepaid order for the first time. It is supposed to be a weekly dose and despite of multiple calls and follow up, they are least bothered about customer satisfaction. The oder was made on 29th July with delivery date as 31st Jul-1st Aug, its 7th Aug today and their customer service representatives have nothing else but “Sorry” and “we understand “ to say.

They are fake and their managers are never available. Zero communication and their mission seems to be equally fake reassurance.

Never place an order from this app and especially prepaid!

Faced a lot of hiccups

I’m a first time buyer. Downloaded the app. However, I faced a lot of issues. Kept getting error msg for no reason “something went wrong, try later.” I Bugs, hanging, etc. Had to call customer care several times. Good thing is that they are easily accessible, but the whole process of ordering took a very long time, for 14 items. Many drugs did not have recommendations. Neither could we purchase the branded product in many cases. Very often the alternative was more expensive. Some drug companies, eg Mankind Pharma, have cheaper generics, but those weren’t available. Saved around 1k, though, which is appreciated given the exorbitant medicine prices. Just hope the alternatives do the job.

MUST NEEDED APP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I usually don't write reviews for apps, but this I must. PlatinumRx makes customers job easy in finding same tablet of alternative brands at the lowest price possible. Imagine buying DOLO 650 for 33 Rs and the same Paracetamol 650 tablet from Cipla for 13 Rs. Most people don't even know to check alternative brands and end up paying high sum. I usually do this manually to save cost but this app makes it so easy that the entire process is automated. You may also start providing more supplements and consumer nutraceutical products and you will be the best in the field! And just like any other app, don't start increasing the prices once you start tasting the success :) All the best! 😊
