A joy to use
Plato app and headset is a a joy to use. It’s really easy to set up, connect and start treatment. The headset and stimulation are really comfortable and helps me to quieten the sometimes relentless chatter that the mind produces. It’s a great accompaniment to mindful activities and help me to take control of my brain activity. Wonderful device, highly recommend for anybody who finds it hard to switch off, or anybody whose mood needs a boost.
