The app was supposed to be free, but now they're springing a paid plan on us after we were already invested. It's frustrating, especially since we recommended it to others. Now, it feels like we've all been duped.
Rug pull
Downloaded this app ~3 months ago when the creator posted about it in the r/trophies subreddit. Wanted to support a fellow completionist. In the post, it mentioned being *100% free with no ads and no hidden payments* but now just 3 months later I open the app and am hit with payment options as high as $39.99 for a lifetime membership. The post's comments said "I built it [the app] simply for the love of trophies and to learn along the way." It seems that wasn't true whatsoever and greed consumed this individual and now wants to charge an absurd $39.99 to just pull trophy data from PSN. Complete joke and deleting the app immediately. Good riddance.

Outrageously priced
I understand the developers needs to fund his app, but there aren’t any features here that really justify the cost over a lifetime PSNP subscription which is 3x cheaper. Until some new features are introduced, or the paywall gets removed, I probably won’t be using this app.
Forcing pro on people
Why am I being forced now to do pro? Been using this app for like 2 months and a half and now I can’t do anything unless I upgrade to pro….
False Promises
Super disappointing. I came across this app after reading the developer’s repeated, glowing promise of a 100% free to use application. Less than 2 months in, and all the promises of a free application are long gone, locked behind a paywall. I would have tolerated advertisements to help support the developer (I get it, I really do), but immediately upon loading the application, I’m harassed about buying an annual subscription. The app in its current state is completely unusable without a subscription. I tried the free trial to give the creator the benefit of the doubt, and trophy information wasn’t even correctly synching.

I get that this is not the change you wanted. I kept the app free as long as I could and started with a voluntary Pro tier to try to sustain it. After two months, there were more than 2,000 users and only 3 financial supporters, so I can’t keep paying for servers and maintenance myself. The app is now paid at a fair rate. My apologies for any upset. The issue where trophy information wasn’t correctly syncing has been fully resolved. It was only a temporary server-side outage.

After the most recent update you have to pay 1.99 monthly, 14.99 yearly, or a one time fee of 40.00 to use the app. I thought this app was going to be the new trophy hunting site, but it has let me down.
Nice, but not as a monthly subscription
I didn’t use this enough when it had no paywall, but the app seemed nice if a bit simple. But it was functional, which was the main point.
I can’t justify a monthly subscription for an app like this, when there are other free alternatives.

Don’t use
I used this for 2 months without needing to pay, now I can’t even open up the app without being forced to pay for platseeker pro, why should I have to pay to simply look at my stats? A real shame

A must buy for people that love stats!
This app is incredible, from auto displaying hidden trophies, to hiding auto popped trophies. The level of insight on your trophy collection progress is second to none. Appreciate the developer having to enforce a purchase price given the costs associated with running and upkeep but for me it’s well worth the price. Puts PlayStation’s app to shame which can’t even search trophies my game! It’s as close to PSNprofiles as you can get in an app. Once more guides are included for trophy hunters this app will be perfection in my opinion.

Can’t use the app after latest update
There’s no way of closing the paywall page upon opening the app unless you actually pay which right now there’s no point as no features are locked behind it.

It’s the best app I’ve found and it saves me having to use a spread sheet, it would be better if it auto synced but still brilliant
