No typing, no scrolling through transcripts to find the one thing you needed. For work: debrief a meeting on your walk home, ask what you committed to, pull out the decisions that actually mattered, and prep your follow-ups before you're back at your desk. For students: turn any lecture into a study session. Ask your professor's explanation to be broken down again, quiz yourself on the material, or dig into the concept that didn't click the first time.
