Great app but broken
This is superb in theory. Unfortunately the app is not functioning. After I used it once I could no longer access the app. Whenever I try to log in I get a pop up that says, Alert Something went wrong Please try again later. I’ve tried for weeks but it’s still the same. I deleted and reinstalled the app and finally I cancelled the subscription. I was planning to re-subscribe, hoping the process would shake up the glitch. Now, no matter what I do (trying to access it again) I get the same pop up. FMS has a great approach so it’s worth seeing if this could work. The one time I could access the app I was impressed. I’m a physical therapist who’s taken FMS courses, and would like to recommend the app to patients/ athletes if it works. Is this app still being supported? There’s no way to contact them through the app (even though I paid my monthly subscription) because I get the permanent Alert… try again later message. It’s really affordable so I only lost a few dollars. What’s more frustrating is all the time I’ve wasted, wish the app would work. Hello FMS!!! Please respond. Are you still supporting this app?
