I deposited £10 and won £4 in total I decided to withdraw and the minimum was £20 so I decided to deposit £10 to take out the total of £24 then ironically it says can’t withdraw speak to customer service, the customer service is horrible it sends you through loops with AI then I was told Ill get an email, (I never did) I emailed myself and they said to verify my card so I did and I even added another document of my bank statement the card verification was approved and I assumed all is good but I still had to wait for the other to be reviewed however my bank statement was declined, so i decided well that’s only an optional means of verification and the card should have been enough so I went to login to try and withdraw again and who could’ve guessed they DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT for 0 reason, DO NOT USE, it’s a complete scam…
