Free subscription
Tried the free and cancelled before time was up and they’re charging me $30 for something I wasn’t subscribed to and canceled before the trial was over
PAID FOR TRIAL AND IT DOESNT EVEN WORK. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I HAD THE OPTION 😡😡
I paid for the 12.99 promo trial. It worked the first few times and now, it won’t work at all. Every time it says UNEXPECTED ERROR: SERVER ERROR.

Weird
I completed successfully four transfers from my Apple Music to Spotify according to the app but the playlist aren’t to be found anywhere on my Spotify. Super strange!
Predatory Billing
I started a free trial 6/17 and canceled it 5 minutes later. I have confirmation that this trial expired 6/26 and I was wrongfully charged on 6/29. Apple Support confirmed that this app developer charged me for an inactive subscription but would not give a refund. They’re known for predatory billing and billing loop glitches. They’re scammers. Do not download this app.

Did this app work? Yes very well actually. I used it and transfer 1 playlist, and canceled what was supposed to be pop a free trial (very misleading). I do this because I hate when I forget about subscriptions (I had it for less than an hour) . I’d actually consider paying for this because it worked, buuut I don’t trust this app or who ever handles payments. I really hope I get my refund, very disappointing. It’s not worth it to just try this app out. If you need to transfer a single playlist I’d look somewhere else… unless you wanna pay $14 for it.

Bait and Switch
BEWARE USER: The app is a bait-and switch. Upon being greeted in the app, it misleads you into thinking you get a week free trial, then you are charged. When the user clicks purchase week trial, the gray box comes up in the bottom with the charge, where nothing is free, but it SAYS its free. By the time youve noticed youre not getting a free week, but youre actually being charged for it even though it says free, its too late, scanning your face and charging your account. I would never pay $14 for a week of any app, let alone something like this. Apple refuses to refund you for this situation.

Stay away from this app. They make you pay for everything even though you didn’t choose too. Tried to refund and the denied me twice. What a joke this app is.
Charged Me Despite Canceling
I downloaded this app to try to transfer music from Apple Music to Spotify. It offered a free trial. I accepted the free trial and tried to use the app. It didn’t work at all. I canceled the trial and didn’t think anything of it until the next night when I got emailed I was charged $12.99 even though I canceled the trial.
The app not working is whatever, some work others don’t. Could let that slide, but the fact they are using shady tactics to trick people into subscribing is inexcusable.

Doesn’t work
It won’t see my Apple Music playlists.
It is not free as it’s advertised
I got this app to transfer a playlist and opted out of transferring that one playlist because i would have a week free trial and then $14.99 per week charge, and i’m really not all about that. which you can cancel but ever other time i’ve ever done a free trial for anything i personally forget to cancel it right after and end up spending money i don’t have.

Bad app
The app says it’s giving you a trial but charges you immediately. Transfers very slowly. Limits you to 30 transfers per hour. Keeps offering you to purchase every time you open the app even though you already accepted the NOT free trial. It’s very expensive about 15 weekly
