We built this app as a passion project hoping it can help other parents solve the problem we were facing of finding nearby playgrounds to take our kids to. The best way that you can help is by convincing your friends to use the app and contribute information and photos of parks to the database. The locations of playgrounds are originally sourced from OpenStreetMap, but as you a probably tell, a lot of data is missing, especially regarding photos, details about equipment, and descriptions of playgrounds. It also helps a great deal to rate and review the app, so thank you very much for this. Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! You are 100% correct--the app works best when your local community adds data about parks in the area. Convincing your friends to add data is the best way to get better photos, descriptions, etc. right now. We are brainstorming ways to increase participation from the community, as well as how to better automatically add other data sources.
