Super confuso e não cumpre o majs importante que é criar um limite de tempo para cada criança. Não aceita criar uma conta de criança para uma criança de 12 ano por restrição de idade. Completamente sem sentido.

Sony bloque les bons jeux, et permet les mauvais. Protection enfant est inadéquat. Sérieusement, qui test chez Sony ?
Pire encore, ne tentez pas d’appeler Sony à l’aide, ils vont se cacher derrière leur “ user agreement “ et mettre en cause votre enfant. Une des pires app de l’AppStore.
Pour le contrôle parental, ils sont à des années lumières derrière Nintendo.

Ich muss sagen bei der Konkurrenz von Nintendo ist es besser und einfacher gelöst.
Bei Sony muss ich zwingend für den Kinderaccount einen eigenen Account für diese erstellen, somit muss das Kind auch eine eigene Emailadresse haben!
Ich habe alles im Web erstellt.
Die Family App benutze ich, um die Zeit festzulegen oder auch zu mal verlängern. Das klappt bisher gut.
Besser wäre aber diese Family Funktion in der eigenen PlayStation App zu integrieren‼️
Ich frage mich, ob man das absichtlich nicht macht, damit viele Eltern ihren Kindern die Spielzeit nicht begrenzen. 🤔

Apply software update has caused errors
Was working fine until the last two apple updates , worse with each iteration. Now not syncing well with Playstation
Constant issues
This app never works right. It is far from the best parental controls but it would help if it actually worked and didn’t glitch or shut down constantly. Switch parental controls are so much better.

Kinder können nicht entfernt werden! Wieso das denn???
Man kann einmal angelegte Kinderprofile nicht löschen. Das erschließt sich mir nicht. Man merkt der gesamten App an, dass es gar kein ernsthaftes Interesse gibt, Kinder beim Spielen zu reduzieren.
Changing Playtime Ineffective
Playtime will not remember previously set schedules if you attempt to turn off a schedule for a short period of time. You have to manually go back in and reset all your scheduled time. Cannot extend time for playtime temporarily, even though there is a button intended to do this. Disappointing work from a large, well-funded, company.

SPACE WASTER OF AN APP
The PlayStation family app is one of the absolute worst apps of all time it is pretty much useless with how un friendly it is to operate as mentioned @jjbreezybird said in his review. It takes forever to set up all of the settings and then there is no way to save them, you turn off playtime limit for one minute and ope there goes everything no saved settings everything gone and not to mention how useless all of the settings your either all in or all out. If I had a nickel for every time this app gave me problems, I’d be a millionaire. All it does is waste space on your phone and make my kid unhappy with how all of the settings have no breathing room. I feel bad because if he wants more time it’s a tedious process of adding time and subtracting later.
PlayStation if you see this, you need to up your game. One of the worst family manager apps ever made - so glad it’s free 🙄

Lately, this app won't let me adjust my child's playtime and crashes every time I try.

The alert sound for additional time on iPhone is very loud such that it crackles my phone speakers and then I am alarmed when this alert comes. There is no way to tone it down or change the ringtone also for this additional reminder that this app shows when my kid needs more time to play! Please fix this!

Finally it’s working
After months of waiting, it finally works without issue 🤞 previous releases didn’t work at all but looks to be finally there now.

J’ai télécharger cette application pour pouvoir gérer le temps d’écran de mon hériter. Chose que j’avais fait dans le passé sur Nintendo (C’était très bien d’ailleurs !)
Et la… c’est la catastrophe. IMPOSSIBLE de créer un compte pour mon fils vu qu’il a déjà un compte PSN…
En fait pour créer un compte il faut que votre enfant vienne d’avoir sa play et donc pas de compte PSN et la c’est bon c’est possible.
Ou alors le créer en compte adulte mais du coup on peut rien gérer…
Bref aussitôt télécharger aussitôt supprimer. 👎🏼

En voyant la note globale, je me suis dit que je devais tenter de rééquilibrer cette note injuste, car cette application est super, elle permet de contrôler facilement les temps de jeux pour ses enfants, ainsi que les restrictions à certains jeux, elle est ergonomique, pratique et jolie 👌
Il serait juste un peu plus pratique d’avoir accès à la gestion des restrictions de période horaire journalière plus facilement (comme pour le temps de jeux du jour)
Merci de nous permettre de pouvoir librement gérer l’accès de nos enfants à la console 👌
