Gizmo App was way better

This app is awful,y two kids are on two different family profiles and no seems to know how to combine them. I miss the gizmo app, my daughter messages me and it’s so hard to easily access the messages. Worst app, I might switch to the other watch company because this is so bad.

Insufficient and difficult to use

Too many steps to get to basic things. Not intuitive at all. Alerts don’t work properly.

Display name?!

After being forced to move off of the Gizmo app to the Verizon Family app, it is an incredibly asinine design choice to force at least 4 letters for any display name. Do the moms and dads out there agree?! Unbelievable.

Terrible App, Gizmo was Better

The interface and customizations are terrible. Contacts didn’t transfer over properly from Gizmo and it keeps telling me I have new messages from my kids, but they are actually old. I receive too many irrelevant notifications from the app, but can’t turn them off. I still want some notifications, but not all. Too many flaws to keep listing, but those listed above are the top issues.

Children and their phone

This app is awesome. I can see where she’s at. I can control her phone usage. In today’s world this is all I care about. It has been a game changer for chores are getting done. Without me even asking because if she doesn’t get her stuff done, I can turn off her music or apps, talking from her friends without having to take the phone out… recommend this
