Have played on this for years. Recently deposited money only to realize they want verification of my drivers license, which I had done multiple times for withdrawals in the past. Uploaded the same document I did before that was approved, and now it keeps getting denied. Made a deposit and couldn’t make a single wager, and now they won’t give me back my most recent deposit. FRAUD!

Waited over an hour to get in touch with agent and was not able to. Live games are suspect and very rarely wok without questionable hiccups. If looking to make money stay away
Updates
They did some updates recently and now some games won’t load. The new app doesn’t have some of the newer games either. Old app performs better, but like I said, since the update, some games won’t load. Never had any real issues with this app until the last couple updates. Please fix.

They will tell you that you need an update you got 2 weeks ago if they don’t want your action anymore. I did their update but am now locked out of their app cause that’s their way to get rid of you. Imagine having funds in there and they tell u that u need an update u already got. And then you have no way to withdrawal. Good luck.

Worst site ever
So you will be playing a game and the stupid geolocation constantly wants to be checked but it doesn’t do it , it will just kick you off your game mid spin and then boom say error -geolocation. Then you check the geo location and it will be fine but don’t worry 12 minutes later the same exact thing will happen. So then you like hmm let me test my location and oh wow the GeoGuard knows where I am. Honestly I think it’s because you were going to win bc then after you do the whole process then it’s cold ice cold! Hate this site!

Major disappointment
This site isn’t worth your time, I’ve had casino games crash several time and currently on day 6 waiting for my withdrawal. They gladly take the money from you in seconds but have to wait a week to get your money back. I was told it takes 24 to 72 hours to have a withdrawal approved but I’m approaching a week. I took a break from DK and FD but this app doesn’t even deserve a seat at the table with those. Save your money and time and find something else.

Winning on bonus
I see people complaining about winning on bonus money. Last time I had a $22 bonus and ended up cashing for $400. So that’s a bunch of bull that you can’t win on bonuses. Plus every game shows you the payback under information. I’ve done well on this site.

Inadequate Sportsbook app
This app is the worst when it comes to MLB betting. I’ve reached out to support 3x in 2 yrs requesting a fix, to no avail. I’m sure many other customers have as well and with that it’s time to publicly call out the developers.
Unlike all other Sportsbook apps, BetRivers fails to show the current inning for live bets. Why would anyone consider live betting w/o this BASIC info? The only way to find out is by taking a 2nd measure of clicking on the game…which takes you to more game detail. Even then it’s a tedious matter of manually counting through a display that looks like this to inform the games in the 6th inning:
O-0|0-1|1-0|1-1|1-2|0-0|
Absolutely ridiculous! 1) the current inning should be listed on the first page 2) its not even readily apparent on the 2nd page and 3) by the time you count through the columns, the odds may have changed or the game locked from betting.
Other apps not only show the current inning upfront but also have symbols showing which team is currently batting. Not having this necessary information is equivalent to not having the amount of time left or current quarter of an NBA or NFL game for live betting. I’ve discontinued placing MLB bets altogether with BetRivers until this is fixed.
