Take your money but won’t give it
3 weeks later and 2 “escalations” to the payment department, and I have yet to receive my money. Avoid this book at all costs. The promo isn’t even that good when others have risk free bets of $500+
They don’t pay out. Stealing.
I asked for a withdrawal and they still haven’t paid out 8 days later. Customer service has promised it would be done in 24 hours 3 times. I will file a complaint with Apple and the CO gaming commission.

Unreliable
I am still waiting on my withdrawal and it’s been weeks, their point of contact for withdrawals tells me it’s on the way but gives no time table. I have contacted them multiple times, I’m not sure if ill ever get my money back.
Awful Experience from the Start
I signed up for the deposit 250$ get 250$ in risk free bets. I wagered through, contacted support and then received 150$ rather than 250$.
Had an awful experience with customer support through email, claiming I should be grateful I got any sort of free bet at all because I signed up in August, even though this promotion is littered throughout the app non stop, so wagering through, you just assume you’re going to get that promotion because it is thrown in your face constantly, and requires no code or anything.
Then support stopped responding and pretty much put the fault on me, even though I verified my account I September and that qualified according to the T’s and C’s of the promotion.
They are awful and treated me like garbage. I hope no one supports this book, and they leave our great state where we have over 20+ to choose from.

If you ever want your money don’t use this site. They’ll will claim technical issues until they wear you down.. WONT let you speak with anyone for help besides the one customer service rep. Stay away from this site at all costs

Not sure why they’ve even launched the app because their banking methods are horrific. You cannot use a bank account, card info, PayPal, or any actual convenient options to deposit/withdraw. Not sure why you would even launch an app that doesn’t have basic Banking options on it. Literally download ANY other Sportsbook (DraftKings, FanDuel, Caesar’s, etc.) cause they all have actual banking options. Don’t make the mistake I did of signing up only to find you can’t even make a deposit. What a joke of an app and company.

Beware! Sign up promotion doesn’t work
I signed up with the expectation of getting the welcome bonus offer it says in the app description. Use bonus code CO750 for a deposit match. But when I signed up and tried to apply said code it gave me an error stating code invalid. Go with the other betting apps with working bonus codes.

FINALLY, a sports betting app that’s easy to use, has fair prices/reduced juice, transparent limits using a handy “max bet function,” an incredibly wide array of betting options, plenty of banking options, & timely/hassle free payouts. Unlike Fanduel/DraftKings, PlayUp sincerely cares about their customers (I was tired of feeling like “the enemy!”). Staff is INCREDIBLY helpful with fast response times. Oh and they actually have a working phone number you can call, imagine that!

Money is completely tied up and won’t let me withdraw. Support is no help. Feels like I’m being scammed, only option is being pushed to a scammy digital wallet service that I tried and had similar issues with.

After two failed withdrawals I was able to get through on their chat system. The operator told me they’re were having technical issues with their withdrawals and they are unavailable. My money is stuck in their system with no communication or means of getting it out.

Would give negative 5 stars if I could they been holding my money for months because I live in Texas I can’t gamble they took my money with me living here and now refuse to give it back 🤦🏽♀️ I can’t play it are have it back
False advertising
Didn’t get the 20$ free bet to try the app so I downloaded Barstool Sportsbook and got a free 10$ bet deposited immediately upon downloading their app. Would recommend everyone else do the same
